Who is your work best suited for?
This work is for women who feel like life cracked open and they are tired of holding it all together alone. I support women navigating divorce, separation, painful breakups, heartbreak, burnout, relocation to a new city or country and major career transitions. If you are high-functioning on the outside but exhausted, anxious or numb on the inside, somatic and nervous-system-based support can help you reset, grieve and rebuild your life in a grounded way.

What is somatic and nervous-system-based healing?
Somatic and nervous-system-based healing focuses on what your body is holding, not just what your mind is thinking. Instead of only talking about your divorce, heartbreak, burnout or life transition, we work with your breath, posture, sensations, sound and gentle movement. This helps your nervous system release survival patterns like freeze, shutdown or over-functioning. Many clients use this work alongside therapy. Therapy may help you understand the story, while somatic work helps your body finally feel safe enough to live a new one.

What modalities do you use in your sessions and programs?
I combine somatic coaching with several body- and energy-based modalities to support deep regulation and integration. Depending on the offer, this may include sound healing and sound baths, energy massage and energy healing, guided nervous-system practices, breathwork, somatic inquiry and plant medicine or microdosing integration. In sessions and group spaces, we move at the pace of your nervous system so your body can actually receive the shift instead of feeling pushed or overwhelmed.

Do I need to live near you to work with you, or can I join from anywhere?
You can work with me from anywhere in the world through my digital Sacred Rebuild program, online group coaching and 1:1 somatic coaching sessions on Zoom. If you are local, you can also book in-person somatic bodywork and energy massage sessions for burnout, heartbreak and nervous-system healing. Online containers are best for ongoing support and integration, while in-person sessions are ideal when your body is craving hands-on regulation and touch-based healing.

Is this work right for me if I am in acute crisis or fresh heartbreak after divorce or a breakup?
Yes, many women find this work when they are in a very raw season. If you are in fresh heartbreak, early divorce or deep burnout, we focus first on stabilizing your nervous system so you can sleep, eat, make decisions and function. From there, we gently move into grief processing and rebuilding. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a severe mental health crisis, your first step is always local emergency support or a licensed mental health provider. Once you are safe, this work can support the deeper somatic reset and integration.
