How the session works
Each Alignment Session is guided by what your body and nervous system need in the moment.
The session may include a combination of:
hands-on bodywork and grounding techniques
guided breath and relaxation practices
sound and gentle guidance to help settle the mind
intuitive support to help release tension and restore balance
Everything is adapted in real time, based on how your body responds and what helps you feel most at ease.
For clients who are familiar with or interested in deeper work, additional elements may be offered when appropriate and always by consent.
